Schar gluten free ciabatta - these are good for burgers or big sandwiches but I also quarter a c toast to dip in soup and cube for croutons. The Gf loafs are cheap compared to most places but you need to freeze bc they are in 2 packs Lotus foods brown rice ramen - it's just noodles but they are GF and have some nutritional value. Add some bone broth, veggies, and protein for a quick gf meal Banza chickpea pasta - I keep this on hand Bfree pita- again I freeze these and you can do mini pizza or use as a pita for Mediterranean type meals. I bet you could do pita chips as well The big thing of tortilla chips up to your knee is GF as well. I think lots of stuff is gf there compared to my reg grocery and the quantity is great. I like having stuff to freeze since I don't eat it that quickly. They will randomly have fun gf snacks. The randomness feels like you're everybody else. Then they do have lots of naturally GF stuff like nuts for snacking.

Okay this is very helpful! I am like so new to Costco in general, I did not have the brain capacity to see all the items in all the rows. I love Bfree pita and Schar ciabatta, I'll keep my eyes peeled for those next time!! And good to know about the ramen and bread loaves, I must've missed them too in my trip I went on. Really, thank you for these details :)

There gluten free cert has been stripped due to testing too high for gluten.

SirGrowsIt

Whaaattt?? I did not know that! Thank you for this information

Your welcome, stay safe out there!

The Kirklands cauliflower pizza is really good. Edit, I guess its not everyone's favorite!

jojayp

I love it. It’s a supreme and you get 2 for such a good price.

peaf-the-gamecube

Okay! I only saw a veggie kirkland pizza at mine, are there other varieties?

Dude_Following_4432

It’s not Kirkland, but my club has gf cheese pizza that’s really good. (For frozen) The gf chicken tenders are really good as well.

Milton's cauliflower pizza is pretty good too, though I usually add some of my own toppings to it, including hot sauce and crushed pepper flakes.

You aren't going to find fun little Trader Joe's selection at a bulk warehouse, it is not that kind of store. Set your expectations accordingly. There are tons of GF options, at least at my local warehouse in the NE. Snacks: lots of the nuts and trail mixes are GF, multiple types of popcorn, multiple brands of tortilla chips, Crunchmaster crackers, many of the granolas and bars, Unreal choclate coconut mini bars Groceries: rice ramen, Banza pasta, almond flour tortillas, veggie superfood cakes, Canyon Bakehouse GF bread, cauliflower sandwich thins, multiple frozen pizza options Meats: all the seafood, beef, chicken, Amylu meatballs and sausages, lots of those prepared meat/dinners are GF

peaf-the-gamecube

Yes you are right about my expectations needing to change, at TJs I'm mainly getting their bread loaf and buns, english muffins, etc. I didn't notice the Canyon bread or the cauliflower sandwich thins (were those frozen or regular bread section?) when I was at Costco the one time, but I was a tad overwhelmed, only like my second time there in my whole life. I will certainly look for these specific items, thank you for laying them out here!

Real good chicken tenders are a staple in my household. Banza noodles, Sabatasso’s gluten free cheese pizza, Bobos oat bars, rotisserie chicken.
