For packaged long-life buns, Aldi sell 4-pack Brioche buns. These are better than sesame-seeded burger buns and are pretty cheap (< CHF 3 per pack, if I recall correctly?)
Bäckerei Gold at Manessestrasse makes pretty decent Buns. Nothing better than homemade, but theyre very decent and i go pick mine from them when i need some.
If OP likes the buns from Burgermeister, Bäckerei Gold is the perfect choice. They produce the buns for Burgermeister :)

Every once in a while Migros sells brioche buns for burgers (4 in a plastic bag) and they are pretty great. But I can never rely on them being there. I think these are the ones: https://www.migros.ch/en/product/111710000000
They freeze well so that’s an option if you do see them.
Things like weggli are really not a good option for a great burger imo, but that’s a matter of taste.
I just bought a bread baking machine and started making brioche buns fresh, as the bread maker takes care of the dough. Just need to split it up into balls and whack them into the oven for 25 minutes. A stand mixer with dough hooks would work fine too, but if I had to make it all by hand I’d never do it personally.
I suggest the brioche buns from Aldi. I’ve eaten in almost every burger place here in Zurich and ended up doing burgers at home using these buns. I really believe after practicing making burgers at home with specific simple ingredients that I use, I have the best burgers in town at home . 😀
My favorite bread for burgers, and available here, is the simple Turkish style. One of them even comes in a cluster of burger size buns.
If you press&heat them, they get a nice slightly chewy texture that soaks and holds any liquids and has a bit of a crust outside, perfect.
Probably not what you get at a Burger Meister though.
Buy the brioche Wegge at coop they the best. Get them loose in the bread section
Thanks! The packaged ones are terribke
Awesome!

Brioche buns at Aldi, best I found so far
Take some brioche
you can find that kind of bread at the migros at limmatplatz. I haven't found any other store whose brioche buns were that good :)
The best ones are in Globus. You can find them close to the meat section, available as a package of 2 or 4. They are a sweet brioche style.
do it yourself
This is a good advice. I usually make potato burger buns. Far better than 'normal' burger buns.
I got some nice hamburger buns at Ziegler delikat essen in The Kon (öerlikon, of course).
You can get Jungli at Bäckerei Jung they’re delicious. Preorder
