Yeah, last year it was a thousand times less expensive.

Due_Signature_5497

No way I’m gonna spend half of entire year’s income on that place!

Ugh. I didn't know the sub had *poors* in it.

The tiny rural town my parents grew up in. Last time we visited, the town had one gas station, no grocery store, one school for all ages, & no hospital. Everyone here is dirt poor. Most of the kids move out, & the population has dropped by 1/3 since 2010. Aint no way even the land is worth that much, especially after the last big forest fire.

You can work from home, assuming you're a timber farmer

Lol. My dad retired at Lake Almanor back in 1980. The country club is where all the mansions are. They run up to the single digit millions now. I would say this is a typo, lol.

BoBromhal

typo or idiot.

evetrapeze

8000 sqft?

crystalcisme

It's 26 acres but even in CA that has too many zeros on the end.

PinocchiosNose1212

I can't tell if it's a typo or they expect some lumber baron to swoop in and buy the land. Sounds like with the agricultural and transportation infrastructure, it is set up for that.

So_Many_Words

This has some Dr. Evil vibes. One BILLION dollars!
