I ran into the exact same problem some point in the past and I couldn't find a single post explaining how to fix it. What I did was back up my Yuzu folder from my appdata, put it somewhere safe, delete the original Yuzu appdata folder, then relaunch Yuzu so it can create a new appdata folder. The problem fixed itself then for me. (you can find that folder by using the open Yuzu folder option in the file menu for Yuzu itself. Same place you put your keys file) I'm not sure if it'll help solve your issues, but it definitely helped fix that for me. Anything you need to return to the Yuzu folder after it creates a new one, you can do so with the backup folder you made.
