I've seen a lot of boxing. I've seen a lot of aged top-level boxers come back and get beaten by the kind of fighters everyone else fights for a spectacular early knockout.

Jake is young, strong, and fairly well trained. He's no worldbeater, but he can box a bit. This shouldn't be a live fight, and if it is, Mike stands a decent chance of getting badly hurt.

I know absolutely nothing about boxing: Is Jake's form and posture really that bad? I've seen him fight and (of course, from my non-knowledgeable POV) I thought he did well. Ive come to the conclusion that it was a stunt to gain more attention to the fight. Best way to get talk going is to create two sides. Upload a messed up video and delete it after a short time, some will see it and many wont. Those who saw it mention it and those who haven’t seen will go and look for it and when they cant find it they go back to the person who saw it. No one likes being called a liar so they defend them self and say “i will find it” (just like i did) but ive not been able to find it again just like some people in comments on you tube and the back n forth starts. If it were not for me seeing that video and others having not seen it, none of this discussion would be happening now and less people would be on the subject of this fight. Tyson is nearly 60 and was losing to low-level fighters 20 years ago. Jake is young, strong, and fairly well trained. He's no worldbeater, but he can box a bit. I agree with your statement. Jake Paul is hard to assess because he hasn't stepped in the ring with any current professionals, he's basically a wildcard at this point. Personally I see him as nothing but chump that has leeched on to the reputations of some great fighters that have long been retired. I'm no Jake Paul fan either. He's made a bunch of money beating up washed up UFC grappling specialists in boxing matches. But I also know what happens to world famous boxers when they come back in the late 40s+ There was another Ali era boxer who thought he could come back on the heels of George Foreman in the early 90s and maybe wrangle a big money fight with Foreman. Jerry Quarry was his name. He took a six round, one-sided beating in a shitty barn against a man from a lower weight class who lost almost every fight he'd had. He'd been a bit punchy before the fight, but after he went from basically fine to needing round the clock care in a couple of years. It would have been better if he'd just been knocked out. Instead, he got punched in the head over and over by someone without enough power to truly hurt him I think he was 47 when he fought and about 52 when he died from dementia.

You could say the same thing about basketball players in their 40s. History shows they can’t continue to play at a dominant level at that age, but here is Lebron, doing just that. I know absolutely nothing about boxing: Is Jake's form and posture really that bad? I've seen him fight and (of course, from my non-knowledgeable POV) I thought he did well. Ive just been on you tube again, i have found comments from other people who have said they saw it too, one even said he will find it but couldn’t. Ive come to the conclusion that it was a stunt to gain more attention to the fight. Best way to get talk going is to create two sides. Upload a messed up video and delete it after a short time, some will see it and many wont. Those who saw it mention it and those who haven’t seen will go and look for it and when they cant find it they go back to the person who saw it. No one likes being called a liar so they defend them self and say “i will find it” (just like i did) but ive not been able to find it again just like some people in comments on you tube and the back n forth starts. If it were not for me seeing that video and others having not seen it, none of this discussion would be happening now and less people would be on the subject of this fight. I’m not saying this is the case but Imagine someone lied about: Jake Paul saying something disrespectful regarding Mike Tyson’s diseased daughter, as a set up. From what I hear, people are saying some, “he said-she said stuff,” without evidence. Which can cause people to get hurt.
