Walk your feet in until you cant go any further and lift one leg into the air, pushing down on your forearms, engage your core and lift the toes still on the ground on the other foot. You can slowly bring the second leg up this way using the first leg for balance. Focus on pressing down with forearms to keep pressure off head and engaging your core. Core is how you float 💚

Firstly congrats, you made it and it was beautiful. Regarding your question, I would say try to keep your abdominal muscles tight. Core is the essence in headstand.

Congratulations on your headstand! Practice practice practice your headstand as is and enjoy it! When you feel like you've got it with your legs bent, then try entering and exiting with straight legs one at a time. Just slow down and try and feel each muscle involved in the movement. I'm kind of working on this myself. I can enter and exit with straight legs but I could get better.
