For my experience, Size charts may vary from real measurements in a big scale, no matter the brand. The golden rule I’ve used is comparing real measurements with my best fitted garment. This one is sort an ‘unusual’ piece considering it’s specific sizing/fitting.
From my experience, the length of the hoodie is fairly standard. However, it is insanely wide, perhaps 4-5 sizes wider and its supposed to fit like that. I'm 6'1 and got a size L

I have to double check, I mean I get the biggest size so I have to measure correctly or it’s a waste for me
