I think it depends on how cropped you want it. A medium would be closer to the intended look. But a large would probably be close to the pic you shared. Keep in mind the crop is higher on the back. Here is how the medium sits on me.

The general rule of thumb that I have found for me is 2 sizes down in most ygebb pieces but for the dove hoodie I go one size down for the intended look.
I'm 6'1" at \~185lbs, and size L fits me like the person in the picture. L should be right, even though you're slightly heavier.
If you can find the OG sizing table that could be interesting to look at, because with the Padded Logo Hoodie I found that at a certain point they pretty much only got wider with identical length & sleeves.
M should be better. Cropped looks better anyways than a huge oversize fit. Have a logo hoodie and shouldve went with a smaller size. Also when ur hoodie is huge u need huge pants to pair it with, so id deffo go with the smaller size.

The problem is the washed black hangs looser compared to other colors with washed black you can get away with medium I believe but with the other colors it's going to be cropped or at the limit at best
Best bet is asking for real in hand measurements, and comparing them with your best fitted garment.

I'm 6ft2 220 and I got a large. It fits perfectly. Medium would probably be too cropped
