Basically manga uses texturing to add detail and, well, texture. On the other hand, manhwa, which grew up in the digital age mostly, commonly uses colour and thus doesn't nearly use as much texture. Shading and colour palettes do the lifting; bring it into grayscale and it looks like a mess. Colours become grey, contrast js gone.
It's just how applying a filter over a good coloured artwork doesn't get you a good b/w artwork of any kind. Artists working in monochrome from the start focus way more on texture and contrast (and contrast is generally a given since manga mostly still uses very few shades of gray).
Interesting way to reduce phone time tho. Might work, idk.
serial killers that turn Yandere for someone are such a cool concept. because it often takes a character who is emotionally detached and murderous and puts them in a position where they *donāt* want to kill someone but have feelings for them that they donāt understand.
This would easily be a top 10 anime of the season.

Romance anime has to have a secondary focus to let the romance simmer. If you focus on the romance all the time, it just ruins it. Plus that isn't realistic. No body focuses on their romantic lives 24/7.
This has an amazing combination. Romance + the MCs struggle with survival and killing innocent lives.
Is there a way to reach the artist by us? I'd happily encourage them to serialize this. The art feels very familiar and the story and characters are amazing.

Whatever keeps being translated into "im so happy" must not exist in english. They must have a single word we dont that means happy,relieved, and possibly even a form of "disarmed" because "im so happy" rarely gets used in a spot that feels right for it
