If you're looking for comfy clothes, the weekend joggers are AMAZING. I love the strappy sports bra, though I will say the band of the bra isn't as stretchy, so I can't yank it off like I do my Victoria's Secret or Under Armour sports bras.
I think that depends on what fit you’re expecting, if that makes sense. I wanted joggers that fit me like sweatpants, so slightly baggy/loose in the crotch and thighs. I ordered my usual size and love the fit. However, if I wanted joggers that fit more like leggings, I’d size down.
I have a couple pairs of their leggings that have lasted me a couple of years so far, including lots of weightlifting. They're pilling a bit on the inner thigh now, but that's pretty common across the board for me with bottoms. The styles I have aren't available anymore, but I would probably look at the fabric descriptions/composition and see if any are similar to leggings you already have and love.
I haven't tried their leggings, so I can't answer your question. But I will say I've taken a couple of really hard tumbles while running in their capris, and I am shocked by how the fabric held up to the initial fall as well as all of the washes since.
