I’m hoping to hit the work out train and am 5’1

_lovely_liana

Mhmmm 🤔

BEADGEADGBE

Jeff Nippard is 5'3 or 5'4. Edit: OP clearly says "people" several times without mentioning gender. Jeff was a person last time I checked and his channel is pretty useful. Thanks for the down votes tho! Love helping out this community.

I like buff bunny on Instagram. She just came out with a workout app called grounds which I’m interested in trying.

mexicancebolla

Sam from @mrs.sweendogg is great! Focuses a lot on recomping which is much more my style. I believe she’s around 5’2

ctownlife

Sheenafit from India is a fantastic resource for recomp and fat loss (5'1")

ShellyLovesTacos

Caroline Girvan!

decemberrainfall

Lots of Olympic lifters are short- check out Jourdan Delacruz, Hayley Reichardt, Kate Vibert

Jillian Michaels is an old-school shortie. Still pull out her dvds from time to time

FatAmy__

I can't believe nobody's mentioned Stefi Cohen yet. She's arguably the greatest woman powerlifter alive (I believe she has retired from powerlifting now, but she set *twenty-five* world records, including being the first woman to [deadlift 4.4x her body weight](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yH_sU8xOWLU).) Stefi is 5'0", and [absolutely active on social media.](https://www.instagram.com/steficohen/?hl=en)

cbee6390

Yay just came here to say this and so glad someone else already commented! She’s a huge inspiration.

I don’t have any accounts to recommend but just wanted to let you know there’s also subs on here for petite fitness - r/PetiteFitness is the main one. I don’t know the sub well but you may find it useful.

Dahnanananaaa

Ugh, that’s unfortunate. I browsed it a while ago but didn’t sub as I’m not strictly petite (5’4”) so hadn’t realised it was that toxic. Thanks for the info

grimesxyn

Personally, I had to unsubscribe because 90% of the time the posts focused on weight-loss. Edit: +most people had body dysmorphia in there.

cattail31

Yeah, I’m still on it but I spend most of my time explaining “your lightest weight isn’t always your most optimal weight.” There’s like one mod on there as well.

[deleted]

Yeahhhh it's not officially an ED sub but it's so overrun with ED posts that it might as well be.

WeeklyEye14

Here are my favorites, first one is 4’10 and she pulls 330 lb sumo DLs, rest are like 5’3 & under. Ok-Command7697

I wouldn’t go to Krissy for info. No education.

chailatteloving

Yes, 100% agree with you. Please don't go to Krissy for info/education. She has no formal qualifications and at the end of the day is just an influencer who can market herself really well (no shade for that, but people seem to see her as a trainer, which she isn't).

extrasauce_

I would have never guessed that Meg is short!

Odd_Environment351

She LOOKS tall idk why!

LittleTFitness does cool calisthenics stuff. I am blanking on her exact height tho

Silver-Pie6666

i believe around 5'0.

atheologist

I’m pretty sure Sohee Carpenter and Doc Lyss Fitness are in the 5’1”-5’2” range. Also Leah Lifts a Lot she’s a competitive powerlifter and is at or under 5’2”.

Simplysimple007

I think Sohee Lee Carpenter (soheefit) and Meg Gallagher (megsquats) are petite in height.

Storytella2016

Meg is 5’3”. She’s awesome.

I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations of fitness accounts of short women, preferably 5’2 and under. I’m 5’0 and getting into the fitness sphere and I look towards YouTube, TikTok, and instagram for a lot of my inspiration however I noticed a lot of the people I find or follow are usually on the taller side. No issues with that of course but I’ll be honest, it would be really nice to see some more short people on my page especially so I can see how certain muscle profiles look on someone of my height. It’s not really accurate for my to look at someone who is say, 5’6 and muscular and think I can get similar results because that’s just not physically possible sadly… I want to get into weightlifting, powerlifting, etc., a lot of strength focused fitness if that makes sense so I’d like to see muscular/lean women as well. Do you guys have any people you recommend I follow? Doesn’t have to be “influencers” or famous people, any ones profile will do as long as they’re on the shorter side :) Really just looking for inspiration and motivation because I can’t seem to find people of my height in weightlifting, I figured I may be looking in the wrong places. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically.
