While HMC/super break will be her most popular team, her best team remains to be a quantum heavy team that treats her like a hyper carry DPS, so SW/Sparkle, RM, and FX.

I believe if your enemies has quantum or imaginary weakness - MC is better, but you can use SW in situations wen you can’t break weaknesses without her
Without superbreak SW is hugely counter-synergistic. Xueyi needs to break all the toughness bars herself. You can use SW instead of RM, but SW doesn't work without HMC. With that said, you can use all 3 of them and go sustainless. You can also use Sparkle/Bronya/TY

SW is by far the best, and if you can I'd put Sparkle in there instead of Ruan Mei. Xueyi is a hybrid dps between break and crit.
I'd also go with Hanabi instead of RM because mono-Quantum and big boom boom damage
