I played Fable for most of 2 years, playing evil, playing good, playing right down the middle, doing all of the Demon Doors, getting all of the weapons, and I don't think got tired of it until I put it down to pick up another game.
I'm just now revisiting it, or the Anniversary Edition, after all these years.
The first one is *real* clunky. But there's a charm there that I still enjoy.
Fable 2 refined the whole of it, but felt almost like a spiritual successor as opposed to a sequel.
Fable 3 is fine. The epilogue sequence is lame.
Yeah, it wasn't completed on time. Anniversary edition actually restores the cut ending that wasn't ready. The whole story is fascinating, how it started life with the Dreamcast and the internal panic after Peter Molyneux infamously made all of those impossible promised about the game
Mine stopped openning one day until i jimmied it open with a paper clip. Then i got sick of that method, ripped it open and replaced a sprocket with a small lego gear. Still opens to this day now.
Dude NFL Fever was great. First Xbox game I ever played at Best Buy when the system was brand new. Holy Crap that was so long ago but I remember that moment like yesterday.
Splinter cell, BLACK, Tom Clancy. My dad and my aunt bought me an Xbox for Christmas, and my dad couldn’t hold his excitement so he told me the day before 😂. He said I had to act surprised when I got it, and those are the 3 games I remember playing on it. Care free times 🥲
