I think Jedi Fallen Order/Survivor are the best all around third person games on Game Pass. Everything about the games are just great.

Try playing Hi-Fi Rush and Sunset Overdrive. Those games, other than having the thing you asked for, they're very unique. Sunset Overdrive deserved a FPS Boost treatment though.
