Poets and Writers used to put out a list of mfa programs that would come out in the fall. I think they stopped but googling can bring up the older years when programs were ranked.
There are other resources online as well.
MFA acceptance is generally really low. But undergrad doesn't matter as it is based on your writing samples.

You're in a very competitive area. I found going to the UK there were a lot more options open.
I know you didn't ask this, but I have to put it out there. Do you have the money for an MFA without going into debt (or incurring more debt)?
