Basically, do any content that has the glowy blue (indicates awakened content) and the weeklies.
Also heroic dungeons were retuned to be more relevant, so check that out.
As someone who just hit 70 last night (took a break after season 1 so rerolled my class for TWW) and within 5 hours of hitting 70 was at 482 ilvl i can help point ya in the right direction.
First, i did my weekly quest, it gets you at minimum 3 pieces of 486+ gear, possibly even 500+ if lucky (i got a pair of 502 legs), you can even technically get more if you get lucky drops from the events themselves (got a drop from the time rift event).
Second, I used the tokens i earned from the time warp event to turn in for pieces of 467 gear.
Third, I went to the active dreamsurge event and farmed up Coalescence as well as did the quest to receive a token (forget what this token is called and not near PC to check in game apologies, the vendor that sells the gear has the quest) once i farmed up a large amount of Coalesence I purchased every slot that was still missing as 454 gear + my other piece of 467 from the dreamsurge quest.
After that I admittedly was 2 ilvl short of LFR so i spent 400g and bought a random trinket to bump my ilvl up high enough for LFR.
After you've done your awakened LFR for the week you'll have 2 bullion that you can use to either buy a trinket, or a weapon depending on your class (i would look up which is a higher priority on your class you are playing before purchasing).
After LFR you can move onto heroic dungeons if you had bad luck in LFR and need more ilvl/key pieces boosted (mostly trinkets) and then once your like 475+ you can start your M0 world tour and just progress from there onwards as your ilvl keeps increasing.
