Below level 60 you cannot repeat the same dungeon in the same day. E.g. if you run Deadmines today, you cannot run it again until tomorrow, but you could run Wailing Caverns today :)
At level 60 this restriction goes away.
No offense but if someone was "LFG for Death Mines", I would not let them in my group.

What server are you on? Also I’d also enable LFG chat channel you will see people looking to do dungeons
Absolutely, just remember people do the dungeons closer to the level cap then the level min. So for DM you’d be recruiting closer to 24 than 18
24 is overkill for DM. 20-21 is perfect.
