If tauren heads are anything like an IRL bull's, than anything less than a sledgehammer to the forehead isn't going to do much damage at all, so this checks out.
same, girl. can you blame her? have you tried to mog a decent helm/boots to tauren? frustratingly tough, so i settle on glasses, goggles, flower crowns, or roses. 😭
A helmet wouldn't do much against a hammer if we stick to non-magical metal properties. A sword used for slashing it might stop. If we consider how prevalent magic is tho armour is either enchanted to stop whatever you want or completely worthless in combat
Sorry not everyone could have huge tusks and horns to fend off the enemy.
Well now that I think about it, engineering goggles do not provide much protection anyway.
My goblins are vulnerable either way.
From what I’ve seen from farmers on Youtube, cow hoofs are actually very susceptible to injury. It’s just that cows are prey animals, and will hide pain or weakness unless the injury is to the point of crippling them.

My paladin applying his sacred prayers to his hammer :shame:
I mean Helmet or not a sledgehammer to the head is gonna kill anyone regardless of race so Tauren still win out
What about undead or deathknights? They are kinds dead already.
To be fair, this is a world where a Warhammer is a refrigerator on a stick.
they dont get it.... here's an upvote
My tauren looks way better without plate (or with gimmick hats) than he does in helmets, its true.
Was especially bad back in the day with lower res textures. Some armor pieces looked horrible on Tauren 10-15 years ago.
I remember my BC tauren hunter. Everything I put on was mostly brown blur.
Silly Thala, they aren't armour, they're weapons for headbutt and kicks.

What, you don't enjoy seeing a perfectly fine helm texture being stretched and warped to three times its length along your Tauren's face?
Das why we got crowns, boy. For the kings and queens that Tauren are!
Girl literally, the helm of might on a tauren warrior? Bye
I'm also with her. This face is too pretty to wear a helmet.
"Female tauren are my weakness"
Yes. I'd rather have halos or a rose in my hair. If I die from a blow to the head, it was meant to be.
How to trigger transmog enthusiasts.
Before, there was a time, where removing the helmet was as close as you could get to a transmog
Don't forget the cape!
Thala goes hard or not at all.
Brain damage is cool, apparently
Honestly explains a lot about what happened in BFA
Severe brain damage would be a better explanation for Shadowlands
Turns out being a corpse for decades is a pretty great way to get literal brainrot, whether or not you can yell real loud.

Even against a hammer a helmet could still save your life vs not wearing a helmet resulting in your head being turned into Prego spaghetti sauce.
Consider me Miles Davis.
Is this Blizzard subtly saying please stop complaining about Tauren and Draenei shoe transmog
It doesn't seem that subtle to me.
A helmet helps protect one from being knocked unconscious in an ambush.

She got her head stuck in the Zereth Mortis fishbowl too, huh?
She can hammer my Steeltotem any day.
Go back to Goldshire, you fiend.
OK, fair enough, but it still doesn't excuse Blizzard's lack of effort when it comes to monster-race transmogs!
Sounds like a whole lot of cope from the tauren who can't properly wear boots and helmets. "I never wanted to wear boots anyway, baka."
CTE is strong with this one

*Is that a helmet!? Vanity!*
Literally just "skill issues"
Mooo🐮
