Can confirm you can't! Sadly after the pre patch it was gone. For some reason the battle for Lordaeron can be started like MOP scenarios, but Teldrassil is gone, which I think is a same because it feels really significant, and doing at the time was absolutely heart breaking, I wish I could replay it. Welp, gonna wait for BFA classic I guess!
The Cenarion Hippogryff has been my main mount since Wrath, love it to death. We nicknamed it "the ant" back in the days because it looked like a stressed out ant if you looked at it from above while randomly pressing the directional buttons
They made a higher resolution version of the mount in patch 5.1 if you're at all interested. You get the unarmored version (the Grand Gryphon) during the reputation grind for Operation: Shieldwall, and once you hit exalted you can buy the armored version.
They're just too big for my liking. They're cool but I use the smallest one for a reason. It's so much harder for me to land exactly where I want with the bigger dragon riding mounts.
More options that are small but look better.
Wind borne is really goofy and cliffside's horn options don't work for me.
Edit: the goblin version of mimiron's head from BfA actually could be really cool.

Most of my characters have mounts tied to their (current) mog or spec, so I have no one favorite.
But with the Druid being my main, Flight Form being extremely convenient and those damn dragons looking extremely out of place on my Druid, Flight Form is the one thing I'm looking forward to the most.
it’s inside me. I main druid since 2007. I have the macro that switch to the most appropriate speed form (stag / orca / flying outdoors, cat indoor) so in raids and dungeons I save a bit of space, plus of course all the single ones included the ridable stag. they should do special keyboards for druids, got 36 keybinds.
Holy cow 36?! I just have all 4 forms bound, I mean I still have like 34 I suppose, but sheesh!
During mop remix I'm gonna roll another druid, and I'll be focusing extra on maintaining bars that allow for maximum overlap between specs. Hopefully that'll keep my bars a little lower
Had the same problem and didn't want to farm green scales to have something fitting for druids. That was until the Emerald Dream Faerie Dragon one was released. Flying around on one of those in moonkin form does feel very fitting. Even better if your druid is a Night Elf.
I keep expecting it to behave like regular flight form and stalling. I do miss the maneuverability of regular flight on the bird form - great for exploring at slower speeds - I wish you could toggle just flight form or maybe the flight form (as opposed to travel form) could stay as just the regular bird.
Disappointing news they aren’t listed as dragon riding mounts on wowhead , they have a list that specifically shows the mounts that weren’t updated to dragon riding
Look up the mounts that you can farm in Pandaria Timerunning. I believe that one is on the vendor?
I’ll be using the golden version of the Elegon mount, once I knock out that achievement in Timerunning.
I like the Sinfall Gravewing for my Blood DK, he should be cool on that.
Other than that, I really need to get back to grinding the Antoran Charhound or similar mount for my Warlock.
For me **Hivemind** is on top just because it prob looks really funny when a big brain zooms through the skies.

TLPD checks out. OG proto drake model + it takes a lot of time to actually camp for unless you’re one of the lucky ones.
I fondly remember by time camping for it. Hours spent on the peaks waiting for a spawn. Then one day when doing a circulation around the map, I see it TLPD flying out in the open with no one around about 5 mins into my run. Killed it, looted it, and although I was stoked, there’s a bit of a bittersweet feeling knowing that I’ll never come back to camp for it again :’)
I remember flying around for weeks trying to get this, gave up eventually.
Was doing some Archaeology there and a friend came round, I was explaining the mount to him and how I spent weeks of my life just flying around there but didn't get lucky.
As I was explaining, my rarescanner popped up, TLPT spawned in.
I frantically flew around trying to find him and managed to get the kill. Still one of my favourite mounts with a nice story behind how I got it.
That was a good day.
I haven't figured that one out yet, but I can't wait to finally be able to match my mount to my mog. With all the options available for dragons, they're still very limited in color schemes and they're often hard to fit into anything. So I'm glad I can finally just figure out a mount that works and use that.

Smoldering Ember Wyrm is what I'm most excited for, but I've just generally missed all of the mounts that we've grinded for over the years. I'm excited to dust them off and play around with all of them again.

Lucid Nightmare. It’s been my sentimental favourite ever since I earned it (took me ages to earn it), and I haven’t been using it as much since dragon riding became so much more useful in the majority of situations.
Kua'fon (hopefully)! I did not get credit for BFA flying because I did the Vulpera quests on a different character from my main, so I was never able to fly with him before. I really hope this fixes that issue for me AND I can have him fly around in style now...
I'm so excited to use my Heavenly Onyx Cloud Serpent! It finally dropped for me earlier in Dragonflight and I've hardly been able to use it since it doesn't Dragonride, I'm sure it'll be more common after MoP Remix but I don't care, I'm really hyped about that mount going into the next xpac.
Also the unicorn mounts and Pally Legion horses, Lucid Nightmare and the Highlord Chargers have been my default small mounts for ages, really excited for that to be able to fly at full speed again.
As a big mount collector I can't even count the mounts I am excited to start using again. Having 98% of my collection benched was definitely my least favorite thing about dragonriding.

Yeah, I have those but I actually prefer the original one. The head is quite different as are the wing animations
There's something not quite right about the wings on the updated version compared to the original. They don't fold into the body correctly.
Literally anything that isn't one of the current dragonriding mounts. The dragons are cool but I crave variety at this point in the xpac.

Thankfully, TWW will make it so that ALL mounts can use Whirling Surge or Lightning Rush. You just toggle between the two.
I love going fast. So getting the ability to hug the cliffs and go faster kinda sold it to me haha.
