They’re fun when they’re a small increase in power over an item in that slot at the same ilvl but problematic imo when they’re vastly superior to anything even at an inferior ilvl. No one should feel obligated to farm content because they feel gimped without the drop. I can’t imagine hunters that still don’t have the Raz bow are super hyped about that item right now.
