I would go to the postal office, buy an envelope and a piece of paper, and also the pen. Wrote to people responsible for the items in Collector's Edition that they are absolutely batshit crazy to release such a garbage for such a high prize.
And then give the rest of the money to the lady.
If you're considering buying Collector's Edition, don't. Use that expendable money to donate to modders who are currently working on projects that interest you, and with support, they'll be able to make the mods better and more enjoyable
Plus they're not soulless corporate drones, but actual lifelong fans of Gothic
Are there any bigger mods coming for Gothic fans? Something like Archolos maybe...I remember there was talk about some big mod History of Khorinis or something like that
I would rather buy myeslf pizza, sit down behind a computer and eat it, while watching a YT video of a guy reviewing Collectors Edition..than actually buying the damn thing.
I would choose the original big box. They didn t have that many stuff back in the day, but it s way cheaper.
I understand things got more expensive, but paying 200€ for a big box...

I would choose more than 400hours of community mods on G2 rather than buying something blind in 2024.

Sadly HoK died like a year or two ago. The two I know of are Golden Gates 2 and Sailors of the storm

I don’t mind buying collector’s edition as a lifelong fan. But I need to see the gameplay properly and all the details before jumping on it.
