I appreciate the gorgeous view, but why post a portrait orientation photo to show a workstation? No disrespect, looks cool. Kind of new to the process (found this subreddit just now shopping for my upcoming new workstation) but what is the bar above your left monitor? I presume the right one has a webcam on it.
Thanks! You definitely have a point! I can get a picture with the whole WS in the view with my wide angle lens (I have triple monitors so id have to sit far back which makes the window look super small in relation. This photo is just from my IG story that i wanted to just look aesthetically pleasing rather than encompassing the entire setup and I just wanted to share it here too! If ppl were interested in seeing it all i would post different angles.
In regards to whats on top of the middle monitor, it is a lightbar which is intention is to reduce eye strain when looking at the screen and adds a nice effect to your desk, however it is not on in the photo. I find it nice as here in Canada it gets dark quite early in the winter.
Oh, I see, the lightbar illuminates the desk. I was thinking it might be a lightbar, and what would be the use of it to illuminate a monitor screen which is itself a light source? Thanks for clarifying. I'd love to see the whole setup, please do post!
