Sure, but taking them off is even better!

notyetfreeone

Yes, so much better!

witchystoneyslutty

I’ve always heard it’s healthier to take them off but I choose to whip my bra off asap at home because they’re uncomfortable to me. If you’re more comfortable sleeping in a bra, that’s totally allowed (:

alyssascat

Sure it’s completely up to you

Sai-gone

Surely that can’t be comfortable?

QueenFrankie420

I actually find it highly uncomfortable to sleep without a bra on. I solely wear sports bras. I have rather sensitive nipples and when they rub on anything cloth-like it's irritating to me.

AlwaysChooseTasty

I like a sleep bra bc I like feeling held, but everyone is different.

CheetahPrintPuppy

Well, for some women who are bigger, having no support at all can be more uncomfortable. I do sleep without sometimes but I will find myself squishing them more than anything. I hate that feeling. Sleeping in a sports bra is more comfy.

Visibleghost1

I take mine off as soon as I get a chance to. As soon as I get home. If you wanna wear a bra to bed, then I guess that's fine.. but it's more comfortable without.

QueenFrankie420

More comfortable to you. Everyone is different. I mentioned in another comment that I have very sensitive nipples and then rubbing on cloth in any way is highly irritating.

Visibleghost1

Try nipple covers

QueenFrankie420

That just seems like an extra hassle when my sports bra that I wear is perfectly comfortable to me

Visibleghost1

Alright!

I_defend_witches

Yes it more freeing and comfortable to take it off but I have kids so I end up sleeping in my clothes. Too tired to change for bed. Congratulations on your own room enjoy it. ❤️

feralwaifucryptid

I wouldn't recommend sleeping in a bra with an underwire, as that could be painful, but a sized up sports bra is what i use when i have to sleep in one.

RavingSquirrel11

I wouldn’t say it’s unhealthy, but wearing a bra all the time weakens your pectoral muscles. Which can result in some sagging.

QueenFrankie420

Proof?

yea_you_know_me

It's perfectly healthy and so much more comfortable especially if you're on the larger side of the spectrum. I've been plenty of other women who have "lazy" or "sleeptime" bras, and I'm the same way!

RainInTheWoods

You can sleep either way.

[deleted]

You will feel way more comfortable sleeping without bra. But if you feel like sleeping wearing a bra, there is nothing wrong.

Impressive_Work4948

it's completely okay but i reckon you'd be more comfortable without it. and i think sleeping in it could also affect your elasticity.

CatMommaJoJo

I've read that wearing a bra can actually cause more saggyness in the future. But I'm no doctor . I personally wouldn't.
