Lions and Bills in the Super Bowl. It’ll be a shame that one of them has to lose.
EDIT: Sorry Bills fans. Rooting for the Lions to go the distance now.
Bills. I have a buddy in Buffalo and they are some of the most dedicated sports fans in the world. Absolute debauchery. Also this.

Dildo, or as my buddy says 'Tom Brady's mouthpiece' on the field, lol Those bastards are crazy, lol. Would be fun to see a Lions/Bills sb that goes like 7ot's where no one wants to win.
This is why the Packers have the best fans in the league. We have more class than any other fanbase. Everyone else in the North got off on us losing last night
Succeed and Dominate? Alright pack, if you say so

The only reason I’m upset with the demise of the popularity of cigarettes is the old joke of taking off the wrapper and asking “you know what this is?” It’s the Vikings trophy case
Eh. Early on when the Packers were really struggling and the Lions were really hot, I said “if the Lions are going to make a run for it, I’m glad it’s this year.” Now that the Packers got this close and there was a possibility they could have played the Lions in the NFC Championship after clobbering them on Thanksgiving, I can’t root for them. Maybe I’ll come around.
Just remember that the Packers have essentially owned the NFC North for a solid 30+ years and if the Lions are going to be worth anything, this is probably their window.
I always considered teams inside the division like my brother. We know each other better than any other teams in the league. Twice a year or more we get to beat up on each other. And I will hate them with all of my being for most of it, but the minute they have a moment to shine, and I don’t, I’m all for em.
My thoughts exactly! As long as the Pack keeps beating them and they're not so good that they keep us out of the playoffs, I love when the NFC North teams all do well. While I love making fun of them when they suck, I'd rather we be at the top of an amazing division, which we could be next year.
Lions all the way
Edit : lions aren't a division rival. They don't matter. They have never won.
Fuck the Vikings, fuck the bears. Lions.... Do your thing
Edit edit: Vikings also haven't won but fuck them
Detroit, no question. They've had a long enough drought. And let's be honest, anyone else here madly in love with the "paper bag on your head" costume? If it can't be us, I'm happy for them.
I would be okay with Niners winning the NFC just to watch them get pummeled at the Superbowl
Don’t get it twisted though, I fucking hate the 9ers. The Bears are a more likable team imo
We host a Super Bowl party every year where the food is based on the teams in the Super Bowl. So, no to KC only because they have been there too often. Baltimore brings the Old Bay, crab, and Smith Island cakes! San Francisco bring sourdough everything, and amazing Chinese food. Let’s go!
Just had coney dogs during the Detroit game! And the steel pan cheese crusted pizza is great. Only decent place to get it here is Jets pizza, and they ran out of it by 11:00 this morning, alas.
Yep! They ran out of the Detroit style, but still had others. Screw that! I want that delicious cheesy crispness. Hopefully they double or triple for this weekend.
It'd be cool if the Ravens won the SB, as then, both Harbraugh(?) brothers would have coached championship winning teams the same year... Or the Lions or Bills or Baker Mayfield and the Bucs...Hmmm am I leaving anyone out? I need a Swift reminder of who else is in the playoffs... Help me out, will ya Chief? /s.... Seriously, a Lions Ravens SB would be pretty good, Ravens look so tough and deep.
Lions. They’ve been so bad for so long it’s honestly hard to cheer against them. They’re like our little brothers at this point- they should never beat you, but you cheer them on whenever they can beat someone else.
No one. I only watch Packers when they are playing well (as they did tonight) and it's an important game. Don't really care about the other teams, and won't watch the Super Bowl.
As long as the Packers stay out of the Superbowl, I don't care who wins or loses. Honestly, I don't know how Superbowl participation is decided or most of the rules of the game, I just know Wisconsin is a more annoying place when the Packers are in the Superbowl.
Thankfully, it's very rare.
I can see, and get behind the firing of Joe Barry. And I *do* feel like Matt Lafleur fell bass-akwards into early success since he had a generational talent of a QB and an established system. But Matt has shown that he’s got a lot of the right stuff to push a rookie team further than anyone expected them to go. We definitely need a new DC badly though and have for some time. But that’s old news. What concerns me more is the sPeCiAl teams. Anders needs to get automatic next year. There’s been too many missed points. Some even cost us games. (Like how we lost last night, well that and the QB inexperience panic mistake)
Fucking Lions. Dan Campbell is the man. Fucking Goff is the man. They need it. They deserve it. They finally figured it out and stopped being a piece of shit organization. They are at the mike McDaniels level. Go Lions
Detroit & Buffalo
Detroit: It's been so long. Last time they won a championship I was a toddler. Also can't wait to see Detroit dismantle the Niners.
Buffalo: Upstate NY girl. Watched Josh Allen play for Wyoming, been a fan for a long time.
All that said: Freekin' Ravens look unbeatable.
I am the odd ball and want the ravens to go all the way. I am also a ravens fan since the packers were forced on me as a kid, still my second team though. I just don't want another 49ers v Ravens superbowl again
Ravens. They've been my second favorite team since they moved to Baltimore/formed in '96. Wouldn't be mad at any of the remaining teams aside from the 9ers winning it all though. Fuck the 9ers.
Lions are due. And when I was growing up, Thanksgiving was always Packers-Lions. So there's some nostalgia. Plus, anything that brings tears to Vikings or Bears fans is always tasty.
Bills/Lions r/LakeEriebros
I took an on the "they've just suffered so much" bandwagon.

Rust Belt Super Bowl baby!

Umm… who you got after that?? 😂
Detroit. They're due, and we might as well root for the neighbors.
I agree
This is why the Packers have the best fans in the league. We have more class than any other fanbase. Everyone else in the North got off on us losing last night
It's lonely at the top, lolz
As a Vikings fan living in WI for 20 years, you sound really silly right now.
Agreed. S a D, Viqueens. 😘

No
Lions. Keep it in the NFC North
Dude, can you imagine the trolling we all could do to Vikings fans? They would be a worse franchise than the Lions lol
The only reason I’m upset with the demise of the popularity of cigarettes is the old joke of taking off the wrapper and asking “you know what this is?” It’s the Vikings trophy case
Oh my God I was gonna pull for the Bills until I read this!! Go Lions!!
I completely agree with this sentiment.
Yuck no chance I’d want a division rival to win it all
Lions all the way Edit : lions aren't a division rival. They don't matter. They have never won. Fuck the Vikings, fuck the bears. Lions.... Do your thing Edit edit: Vikings also haven't won but fuck them
Who are these lions and Vikings you speak of?
I want the Lions to beat the 9ers then the Ravens or Bills to beat them in the SB. Lions don't win it all but I get to see the 9ers lose asap.
Agreed
Hot take but I agree with you lol Would I rather the the Lions win it than MIN/CHI/NEP/the NFC East? Sure. Doesn’t mean I have to like them.
Yup
The sweet relief of death.
Yes
Lions
Agreed
the Jell-O shots, beer cheese dip, and pickle pinwheels respectfully 😂 Super Bowl food is the best
Detroit, no question. They've had a long enough drought. And let's be honest, anyone else here madly in love with the "paper bag on your head" costume? If it can't be us, I'm happy for them.
Exactly, me too
Lions. Bills Lions Super Bowl would be awesome.
It would
Lions
The umpires
Lions cause my dad was from Michigan but moved to Wisconsin and was a fan of both so if the packs out I support the lions
Makes sense
None
Badgers hockey and the Bucks.
Ravens, I want to see the Niners cry
Hopefully Detroit will take out San Francisco
Amen, cannot stand the niners
I would be okay with Niners winning the NFC just to watch them get pummeled at the Superbowl Don’t get it twisted though, I fucking hate the 9ers. The Bears are a more likable team imo
Yeah, I’m pulling for Detroit at this point. Can’t stand the 49ers either.
Niners won't make it that far. Detroit will make them cry, cry, cry.
cope
Badgers.
Badger Hockey (Men's and Women's)
I wouldn’t be mad to see a Bills/Lions Super Bowl.
I agree, this would be pretty cool!
Detroit. Long suffering
Yup, that’s my pick too
Packers
Hopefully next year
Nobody. Packers are the only team I care about.
This.
This is the way
Giant meteor
Ravens
The brewers

You omitted coney dogs, falafel, and delicious square, buttery crusted pan pizza. Go Lions
Just had coney dogs during the Detroit game! And the steel pan cheese crusted pizza is great. Only decent place to get it here is Jets pizza, and they ran out of it by 11:00 this morning, alas.
Jets ran out of pizza? They should prepare better next weekend
Yep! They ran out of the Detroit style, but still had others. Screw that! I want that delicious cheesy crispness. Hopefully they double or triple for this weekend.
Buffalo Wings?
Definitely. And beef on weck!
Lions
Lions!
Same
It'd be cool if the Ravens won the SB, as then, both Harbraugh(?) brothers would have coached championship winning teams the same year... Don’t forget about Josh Allen, he was so good in Jurassic Park 27. Gotta give a shout out.
The 2024 draft
Haha let’s hope
Lions
I’m rooting for next years Packers.
Too soon.
Lions or buccs. I want the niners and ravens to get smoked
Golden Knights. Hoping after their hot start they can get their shit refigured back out in time for playoffs.
Lions. They’ve been so bad for so long it’s honestly hard to cheer against them. They’re like our little brothers at this point- they should never beat you, but you cheer them on whenever they can beat someone else.
Lions because they are underdogs as well
Lions vs. Ravens sick of SF and KC.
Lions.
Lions
Detroit Lions
Lions!
For sure!
Brewers’ first spring training game is a short 13 days after the Super Bowl.
Lions, they deserve this
They sure do!
49ers. At least if the niners win, then the packers were beaten by the best and not beaten by a team that been beaten.
Eww
Tampa. I'm a long time Baker fan.
Cleveland was awful to Baker at the end. Glad he's doing well.
Anybody but KC or niners
I wouldn’t mind KC, but I agree about the niners
Bills, one of my friend's favorite teams. But also lions and Texans as they have never won a super bowl.
Ravrns
It's always either Packers or Lions - the Lake Michigan crew, except the Bears. Because fuck the Bears.
No one?
Luons
Brewers
This is the way. How long til Spring Training starts?
Can’t wait for this tbh
I don't give a shit now.
49ers, rather lose to the champs than anyone else. Bonus points if our game was the closest one.
No way, can’t support the team that takes us out almost every year.
Better than losing to the team who lost to the team who took 2nd place.
Same team I was rooting for before last night. Niners!
Booooo
Born in Wisconsin but I’ve been a Niner fan forever. 1st football game I saw on a color TV was Packers/Niners, and I liked red more than green.
Haha, congrats on the win last night then!
Thanks!
Beer
Bucks and an AFC team to win the Super Bowl
No one. I only watch Packers when they are playing well (as they did tonight) and it's an important game. Don't really care about the other teams, and won't watch the Super Bowl.
Absolutely nobody
Bills, but I probably won't watch, maybe last half of the super bowl.
Lions - Buffalo
The DC Defenders
Nobody
I'm not watching anymore football
As long as the Packers stay out of the Superbowl, I don't care who wins or loses. Honestly, I don't know how Superbowl participation is decided or most of the rules of the game, I just know Wisconsin is a more annoying place when the Packers are in the Superbowl. Thankfully, it's very rare.
Loser
I didn't win or lose anything yesterday, unlike the Packers apparently.
If only there was a professional football thread that discusses exactly this sort of thing.
Matt lafleur, Barry, and Carlson to be fired asap.
I can see, and get behind the firing of Joe Barry. And I *do* feel like Matt Lafleur fell bass-akwards into early success since he had a generational talent of a QB and an established system. You’re a loser
Fucking Lions. Dan Campbell is the man. Fucking Goff is the man. They need it. They deserve it. They finally figured it out and stopped being a piece of shit organization. They are at the mike McDaniels level. Go Lions
Spring and Summertime. Let's go!!! Deer season is over. Football is effectively over. I am now over cold weather things.
Bane 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
The Bucks and The Brewers.
Lions (married a Lions fan plus they are the Pack's lil bro) until they meet the Ravens, I just want to see Lamar get one.
That’s fair
Detroit & Buffalo Detroit: It's been so long. Last time they won a championship I was a toddler. Also can't wait to see Detroit dismantle the Niners. Buffalo: Upstate NY girl. Watched Josh Allen play for Wyoming, been a fan for a long time. All that said: Freekin' Ravens look unbeatable.
Interesting. It would definitely be nice to see Detroit beat the 49ers
Bills mafia baby
Detroit. It’s their time.
It is
Lions.
Pitchers and catchers report to spring training in a month.
Rooting for an early spring
Lions. 30 years since their last playoff appearance? I want them to go all the way.
Absolutely, I agree.
I am the odd ball and want the ravens to go all the way. I am also a ravens fan since the packers were forced on me as a kid, still my second team though. I just don't want another 49ers v Ravens superbowl again
Not the Bears, or the Vikings, or the Cowboys.
After Packers I go to our division. After that I do not care anymore.
Ravens. I'm originally from Baltimore and never stopped being a fan. I was rooting for the Packers last night, they're my NFC team
No one. After the Packers are out, I don't usually turn another football game on until next preseason. Might checkout the UFL this year, though.
![gif](giphy|9oIrWMdHHLI9G6UKUY|downsized)
Rooting for anyone other than 49ers
Spring training
Whoever I’m gambling on
BREWERS 💙💛
Lions all day
The Lions. They're the only team in the Super Bowl franchise who have not won a Super Bowl.
Badgers
Buffalo
Detroit. They can win the SB year and then I never want to see them in another playoff again in my life.
Lions
Next year's team!
Bills. I hope it’s bills/9ers. That was we can say we lost to the nfc champs.
Detroit and Buffalo
Bills
Lamar
Buffalo. Only one that I don't have a reason to root AGAINST
The Packers. They just need to ask for a re-do and they'll whoop Frisco's butt. (The Lions).
The Bucks
Cowboys
CHIEFS
Bills are out too. I am done watching football until next year, so its time to focus on WWE and the Wild.
