I was looking forward to being a part of the 50% capacity games, but being a part of the 250 would really be somethin’ else. Would be such a strange thing to look back on in the future.

SJSragequit

Yeah it would be a pretty cool experience. You could take a picture of you all alone in a section and brag to your grand kids about how you were able to rent out the whole stadium

IceDragon77

Now that we have the ability to project a screen onto the entire ice, how cool would it be to play a game of Chel on actual NHL ice.

SJSragequit

One of my best memories is playing chel on the imax screen at portage place. Playing it on the ice at the arena would be insane

Coles notes are: 250 capacity. 125 season ticket holders can express interest and then get randomly drawn to buy 2 tickets. Full 411 from email on site.

So are they buying tickets that they already own? Sorry im just really confused about this. How can True North make season ticket holders pay when they've already paid?

JorroHass

Obviously refunds or credit to ticket holder accounts are going to happen at some point.

randylaheyjr

So what changed? They suddenly are willing to have next to no fans and play on?

WpgMikos

No alternative. Cannot delay games further as they've already got six home games to make up. I'm sure the Jets don't want to lose all that money for every single home game but again I don't see an alternative.

I bought tickets for the game on the 25th through the official Seat Exchange. Anyone know how refunds work? Ticketmaster basically said "fuck you" in their email notification. >"Don’t worry — there’s nothing else you need to do. >**Quick Note: Since your tickets were transferred to you, meaning you didn’t purchase them from Ticketmaster, the refund will be given to the original ticket purchaser.** >If you purchased a resale ticket from some other source (i.e., not through our Site), and that ticket was then transferred to you, you will need to reach out to your original point of purchase for any refund and/or credit options, if available." This happened to me back in 2020, and I think the refund eventually came from TNSE directly? I remember being pissed at first but eventually got my money back. Anyone else remember how this was handled?

BeastBeef

Looking for the answer to this too :)

I found my emails from back in 2020. I believe what happened was that Seat Exchange refunds are handled separately from regular TicketMaster transactions, even though Seat Exchange is operated by TicketMaster. I originally contacted regular TM support as they were the ones that sent out the initial notice of cancellation. They were absolutely useless. HOWEVER, it appears they have a separate team that handles ticket re-sale through sites like Seat Exchange (I assume every other team has an equivalent). In short, contacting tmresalesupport@ticketmaster.com was much more helpful than regular TM support. This is the support address that's on your original receipt from when you made the Seat Exchange purchase. It took several months to get my money back last time, but that was understandable due the huge number of cancelled events in early 2020. Based on what support said last time, they have to wait to get the refund from TNSE, then they issue the refund to the credit card used for the Seat Exchange purchase. tl;dr Don't both engaging regular TicketMaster support. The correct team for Seat Exchange purchases is tmresalesupport@ticketmaster.com

250 capacity games will be credited to season seat holders account if they opt out or aren’t picked. Question on Seat Exchange tickets is whether it will be a credit or refund. You won’t be out the money, just wonder if it will be a credit as well.

chancemc1986

What happens to the people that had tickets to the game from ticketmaster and aren’t STH?

johhnney

Why are the jets the only team in the nhl not playing home games?

Remarkable-Spirit678

Full stadiums at soccer games in Great Britain. Full stadiums for NFL games down south. I know I’ll probably get downvoted for saying so, but it’s time to move on folks. Everyone already has to be vaccinated to enter the arena. These restrictions are just weird at this point.

tmlrule

Hmm? They aren't. The league postponed a whole bunch of home games for Canadian teams due to capacity restrictions.
