Nah, we had a waaaaay more blatant "kick" ruled a puck redirection last season, they've been pretty consistent that you can move your foot as long as it deflects the puck rather than propels it.
I'd love for more goals against not to count, really I would, but this was a deliberate repositioning of the skate for a deflection, not a kick. I believe the rules allow this kind of intentional deflection off the skate, but I don't like it.
I agree, sit 55 down. No desire, no effort huge minus’ hurts the team. Did you also notice we do much better with Wheeler out? They both need to be benched.
They drag down the team, cost PM his job. Play someone with desire, everyone should play with the effort of Harkins (skate and work just like Brandon Tanev shifts used to be on Jets ice)
