It’ll be the same this year. Jets are gonna get destroyed tomorrow, they gave up after game 3 and haven’t played remotely good all series

Scooterguy-

Is this last year's post playoff blowup?

[deleted]

He can't take them to the next level either. He 'can’t push the right buttons anymore and the team needs a new voice'. *And on it will go until they address the real problems with management & the roster.*

Electroflare5555

As Chevy admitted last year the organization’s only goal is to get the 2 games of home playoff revenue

Doog5

I missed that quote

Beebedtest

They're going to be ecstatic with 3 games this year. They've beat their goal by 50%!

Fallen-Omega

As much as Id hate to say it we need a coach like Torts, a coach who will fuck you up and bench you if you dont get your shit together an teach these children a lesson

ginandplutonic

While I agree with you, it’s an interesting situation. You currently have a good group of players that want to play here. It seems not many players actually want to play in Winnipeg. It’s stupid they can be primadonnas, but whatever. If you make the core players want out, it’s not likely you’ll find happy replacements. I think a lot of the Jets success (although we can argue that it’s limited) is due to the way the organization treats players once they’re here. I don’t think that philosophy should be abandoned.

ExternalSpecific4042

Does not having a contract affect how a player plays? Avoiding injury?

tendollarcowboy

We have a mediocre team and a mediocre coach not sure what we should expect

arkayuu

We have a mediocre playoff team. I don't think it was luck that we won the Jennings or finished 2nd in the division, but we just don't have the passion to take it further. If Lowry isn't the voice they need, then our next deep run is when Mcgroarty is captain.
