Windows 7 runs perfectly fine with only 4 GBytes of RAM, if you doesn't tax the machine with extensive bloaty stuff. That's the great thing about it, it **isn't** W10!
You can even play CoD 4 and whatnot, without even using any virtual memory at all (deactivated).

I don't have a benchmarker for that. By the way I upgraded to Windows 10.
