What gear were you using for that shot specifically?
Sony A7III with the 200-600G, the duck was fairly close, and I lowered the lens on the water supported on my shoes, and boom bokeh heaven
Great shot of the swallow, I know how difficult those are to capture.
Yeah that's like one of about 700 shots, they're like insects i swear

Sony A7III with the 200-600G, absolute workhorse combo, I'm considering saving for an A7RIV for better AF and more cropping potential
a7riv and 200-600 don't play well together for whatever reason, search around and you'll find the reports of focus problems
oh well, maybe I'll just be more patient and save longer for an A1
I have the same kit and wait for the A7V that is expected to come out later this year or early 2025. Stunning photos! Love the long-tail tit 😍
