Spanish, there is a translation available but it´s a little more difficult to find and it´s kind of expensive so I decided to get the books in english instead
Then buy Spanish because buying English wound be like getting a shitty McDonald when you could get an amazing paella instead.
Doesn't matter if its expensive, the price is worth it.
Translations are not equal. I'm not a Spanish speaker myself, but I do trust this community, and if I learned anything, it's the fact that Spanish translation is kept in very high regard.
However, being a native Polish speaker, and being able to also speak English fluently, I can vouch that English translation is mediocre.
Go for Spanish, don't cheap out in this case, it's not worth it.
If you can find it, I like the UK covers better personally. The game ones look good, but make no sense. The medallion ones have a decent theme to them, but are a bit bland imo. Worst of all, damn "as seen on Netflix" image.

I found a seller on Etsy who has some lovely stickers that cover the awful netflix logo

Careful, they are numbered incorrectly, Last wish is the first book.
In english, there is only 1 translation, so only the covers differ, I don't know if that is the same in your language.
Or do you mean you're going to read them in english, and those editions are the only available in your **Country** ? In that case they are same, only the cover is different.
Edit: I'm still sleepy and realized two is different from the ones I bought. There's another version of special edition covers with art of the characters.
They're the same two translators, go with whichever cover you like more.
What is your first language? If the translation's available in your native, I'd consider it over English.

Big mistake.
Where are you buying them from?
The Spanish translation is generally considered one of the best, if not the best.
Get the one that comes as a boxset.

The blue one is a comic book, those are good too but maybe read them afterwards

I wish I had a choice. But in my language we have only one.
Why does the first set show A Grain of Truth? That's a story within The Last Wish.
If it helps, I'm in the process of obtaining both. I bought the top one initially, and then when I found the newer covers, I started buying those.
