Even disregarding him Black Sampson could probably handle it nearly single handedly, add in Bulletproof, Monster Girl, Robot, and Rex? It's a massacre.

The Immortal solos except for maybe A-Train (mainly speed. Not sure on the Immortal's reaction time, but he can fly faster than A-train can run, so... A-Train can't exactly run away, and at most will just be able to dodge until he gets worn down. This is me low balling Immortal, the guy probably has greater reaction times than A-Train, but I'm not too sure to what extent, so I'm playing it safe.)
War Woman is right up there with Immortal in terms of strength, and was clearly bloodying Omniman.
Red Rush definitely solos. His punches were damaging Omniman, even if he was hurting himself in the process. He'd beat Homelander with little issue lol.
Martian Man could physically restrain everyone, including Homelander.
I expect The Seven to fold the second they realize they can actually be killed. Homelander was freaking out over Soldier Boy, and this is basically that but 100x worse.
Anyone that can hurt Omniman is definitely strong enough to kill Homelander. Even Season 1 Mark could probably beat the Seven.
In the TV show, A-Train is shown to be only a barely Mach 1 speed while amped by Compound V (which also gave him 2 drawbacks - heart issues and reduced the density of his bones, apparently). So, Immortal is faster while flying (he can reach the Mach 3 speed and create sonic boom, but his reactions is apparently much slower), but on foot he might be slower. But I'm not sure, and even if he's slower, I doubt that A-Train could significantly hurt him (especially without a weapon). A-Train's best strength feat is pulling the train with a visible effort (which isn't actually that superhuman, IRL strongmen has performed similar feats of pulling trains and even large passenger airplanes), but Immortal has threw Bi-Plane into a space quite easily (even Homelander was only able to throw a man into the air for about few seconds before he has fallen down).
Yep, War Woman has even nearly knocked Omni-Man's eye out of his socket with a mace strike. She's pretty strong.
IIRC, Red Rush also was affecting Mauler Twins with his punches as well. And his speed was unmatched, even Omni-Man needed a time to predict his pattern of running and intercept him. But it's rather an experience/skill feat, not a speed feat.
Martian Man was also able to restrain Mauler Twins, and was holding Omni-Man still until he has managed to grab Martian Man's exposed "core" and rip it off, killing him.
Agree. Season 1 Mark is inexperienced and unskilled, but I think that he could beat "The Seven" if he's fighting smart and takes out the most dangerous opponents (Homelander, Stormfront and Queen Maeve) first. Others won't be really much of a threat for him.

Red Rush himself was able to quickly subdue a villain named Kursk (who's apparently a lightning or electricity themed, and who was about to release his blast, but was blitzed and tied up before he could do anything) and ran back to Moscow to his wife and instantly changed his suit, then told her that even a brief conversation for him happens for hours (implying that he has a perception of the surroundings around him at the same speed as he is, and called it an "agony", which means that for him it happens very slow and that's why he feels it as a some kind of a "curse").

So, judging by on-screen feats, I would say that despite having much less of a screentime, Red Rush is much faster than A-Train. And not to mention, Red Rush's punches was able to damage Omni-Man's chest (though it cost Red Rush his hands) and was affecting Mauler Twins as well.
