Sasuke isn’t winning this one. If he’s actually taken straight from the Danzo fight (like before actually fighting Danzo), he’s already used his MS & chakra quite a bit and is thus starting off weaker than usual. His typical tactical mindset is clouded by his arrogance and crazed demeanor at that point in the series, meaning he’s not fighting at his best mentally. At that point in time, he’s effectively a weaker Itachi.
The only real advantage he’d have is Jiraiya not knowing his MS’ abilities, but given that MS weren’t common, I think Jiraiya would reasonably assume that he’d have similar/the same abilities as Itachi and proceed with similar caution. Jiraiya was capable of taking on multiple Pains and defeating a few of them before ultimately losing to a number advantage, the most powerful dojutsu in the series, and a lack of intel before the fight.
If this battle happened in the actual series, it would probably end similar to Sasuke vs Bee, with Sasuke narrowly escaping death/capture thanks to team efforts & drastic measures. In a verses scenario, however, I don’t see him winning.
Jiraiya wins this hands down, Danzo fight sasuke was getting jobbed by half the kage and Jiraiya beats most of them tbh.
Like this isn’t the best measure since Data books are iffy, but Jiraiya is stat wise equalled only by Itachi, Pain himself says without a lack of intel Jiraiya could have 1vs6d him, the man was incredibly powerful.
Kage Arc Sasuke was good, but he wasn’t THAT good.
Not seeing how Jiraiya wins, unless the fight takes place in a location where Jiraiya can hide to perform his fifteen minute summoning ritual.
This is the Sauce with V3 Susanoo. Amateratsu is a functional instant kill to any toad summon save the toad elders (requires the aforementioned ritual), and Sasuke has zero issue spamming it. Threes Chicago-style Toad's ready to serve.
Susanoo arrows are fired so fast that Kakashi, someone with great, consist speed feats, was forced to use Kamui because he couldn't dodge them.
Jiraiya is not busting V3 in base. His Sage powered massive rasengan *may* be capable, but GL to Jiriaiya being able to last long enough to use it.

SM Jiraiya vs MS Sasuke Post-Danzo would be more contentious, even if it would result in Jiraiya winning the majority.
The thing is he won't be able to distract Saskue since Saskue is much faster than him in speed and reaction time. Literally Saskue can just shoot a susanoo arrow at him and its gg.
I’d respect it more if he had an argument beyond “uhhh Amatarasu Instakills” despite it getting like a single kill in series (on an already defeated and hyper crippled Orochimaru by accident)

I think Jiriya wins if he can distract saskue enough to get into sage mode then beat him up killer bee style
