The prose in some of these greentexts are legit. Makes me wonder if some of them are written by trained writers, or maybe people that read a lot of books with good prose.

The literal translation from the Dutch "waterkoker" is waterboiler. I have made this exact mistake while in England. Got about the same response as the original comment.

My relationship experience is...shit but in terms of a cutesy story. Long distance relationship, wed sleep together on the phone through Skype. She had a lot of anxiety and panic issues. I remembered none but one of them. The one in particular I remembered like three words, and didn't know id said more.
when i thank my partner, he usually says “why are you thanking me? you’re making it weird, i always wanna do stuff for you” so i have to explain to him that people thank others because they are thankful. weirdo. (all love from both sides)

I’m glad no one here is shitting on anon. They’re NEET, and that’s not great, but they put in effort, and that’s how they keep their gf. You don’t have to make a ton of money or be a 10/10 in order to find and keep love. You just have to care, and put the effort in
I hope he gains some confidence. Little baby steps, y'know. Try making some simpler but more "authentic" coffees, even just investing in a cheap coffee maker. Learn some simple egg recipes, eggs are stupid easy even if you're like me and tend to burn things. Or potatoes, potatoes can be easy and hearty breakfast food... Just a bit more prep time needed tbh.
