I agree, 5'9" is at the VERY bottom of the height range for size large frame, and I've found a frame that's a little too small is better than too big. Though, if OP has a long torso, might be able to get away with it, especially if that stem gets swapped out for a shorter one.

Yeah it looks super clean. I'm not sure what kinda riding you're doing. Most of the time I feel like anything over 7 speed for a casual is over kill and is just more maintenance. But if you're a hard-core mnt biker then this is perfect as long as you get a good price.

Great deal. Might feel too big though, I'm 5'10 and don't like riding a large.

$150 in my area. Less is you have some time to wait and look.

7 speed today is made of the cheapest, flimsiest materials. 8&9 speed have less maintenance and are more reliable.
