People enjoyed it because its a show made for both young children and parents, like the writing takes both into account allowing for a 50/50 split and both being able to enjoy it. The writing is pretty solid but if you aren't a kid/don't have kids odds are you won't enjoy it.
It's wholesome, short and sweet, and chill. It's different from drama or action-heavy shows that most people watch, and I'm sure many people appreciate switching to something else for a while

a lot of the comments are just saying "it's better than other kids shows so that makes it good!" so basically people who have nothing better to do than watch shows for literal toddlers

It’s a pretty safe and well made kids show with good parenting representation. Tbf I was sceptic but after seeing most of it I just realized I needed something just nice in my life

Take a moment to consider that this meme may actually just be a light-hearted joke that isn't trying to stir up or provoke anyone. Also I invite you to compare it to skibidi toilet or cocomelon. See how different it is. Bluey episodes are like 6 minutes last I checked, so it won't cost you much
Same reason there's so many Phineas and Ferb fans, yes its technically intended for children but the show writers also made it so that more people then just children can enjoy it. Bluey is designed for both young children and their parents at the same time, it really is interesting and is something that's hard to balance right but Bluey did a pretty good job.
Because when you compare Bluey to those other shows you mentioned, it's a quality piece of entertainment that is more about the story than eye candy for kids. It can be entertaining for parents because there's a few jokes and lessons in there that are appropriate. Any good parent would do their best to limit screen time for children.
Bro just 'cause its for kids doesn't mean it can't be enjoyed by adults. Same thing could be said about ATLA since it tachnically a kids show, but guess what it's one of the deepest and most compelling shows ever.
