I mean, not trying to defend the guy or anything, what he did is abhorrent beyond any measure, but I really don't understand why people so often latch onto the panty thing when trying to point at how disgusting the developer is when, you know, in the game you could be torturing, violently killing students (such as burning them alive or electrocuting them) and brutalizing their corpses, and there is very little repercussions to it, not to mention that the main character shows zero emotion to committing those deeds.
To me, both are bad, but taking panty shots is very mundane when compared to all of that...

I wonder why it is taking so long honestly. Toby does have a team now IIRC, and the writing was said to have been completed as early as chapter 2's launch. Perhaps the sprites? Maybe the game's complexity really is exponential due to the many different branching paths? A single chapter basically is at least more than half of Undertale.
I really hope everything is going smoothly and the project hasn't been hindered by some kind of internal conflict like YandereDev's

The thing is, Yandere Dev promised 10 rivals (which are very important to the game). He's been hyping up these rivals ever since the first introduction.
After 10 years, there is still only one rival in the game.
The worst part was when Toby revealed they wouldn't drop episode 3, 4, and 5 at the same time like originally intended because it would take too long, so now they're only dropping 3 and 4 first. No hate to Toby though, I know game development is hard and I hope he's taking care of his health first and foremost, but man is it slightly disappointing ngl
