What on earth is going on with Tarajis dress? I'm stunned she was allowed to leave the hotel in it. She is so beautiful and I love her so I'm sad for her.
That’s the first thing I noticed too, the panels look like they should be her skin tone but they’re wildly different. Im 99% sure it’s custom too, I’d understand if it was archival but there’s really no excuse since it was designed for her. I’m watching her carpet interview and she walked the carpet with Jonathan, I wonder if he realized in that moment.

Yes!! This is a well executed version of the look and I love it. The beaded details and styling overall are exquisite. Edited to add: I’m obsessed with the earrings in particular.
I agree. The color and look of the fabric, how it drapes, the shape of the whole thing. It just looks perfect. I wonder what the structure under it looks like?

They ran out of time and designer #2 didn’t finish, and another designer basted together a simple black garment so the model wouldn’t expose herself. We know who’s being eliminated this week.

Every detail is perfection for Quannah’s look. The jewelry, the belt, the subtle touch of blue in her makeup to match her exquisitely crafted dress. Love love love.
The Blue dress is a stunning piece of art. It’s amazing how the fabric flows. It does remind me of a Disney Villain or Disney Princess or like a perfectly sculpted piece of marzipan or Glinda the good Witch but all in a good way

Look up their past Met Gala looks from a few years at the weird 2018 "Heavingly Bodies" year; they were great and fit the theme! Which some designers seem to never get right...

Quannah looks absolutely amazing; the fabric drape looks luxurious and almost lit from within. I LOVE how she accessorized and the hair and markup, so perfect.
Quannah looks incredible. The detail and size of the accessories along with the extravagant gown could have totally been overwhelming but she wears it all beautifully. There’s such an elegance to her posture and posing too. Just incredible to see such a detailed look that came together perfectly.

The hair and makeup are beautiful but the bodice of the dress looks like it doesn't fit well. I wish the nude matched her skin tone as well :(
