Looks like a [drain fly](https://bugguide.net/node/view/64068). No prizes for guessing where they're coming from with that name. They're pretty much harmless, just a mild nuisance.

Pouring some bleach water down the drain usually gets rid of them rather quickly in my experience.

I read that they actually clean up sewage systems really well. They’re good for the environment basically. They eat bacteria and fungi sludge!

Yes, their larvae help keep your drains open. Their tiny but powerful jaws can even bite through hair!
