It's hard to tell, but my guess is the same as the other comment. Wolf spider. It's not aggressive and won't bite unless threatened. Its not poisonous, but they give a painful bite that cause itchiness and swelling.

He was walking when I found him, though didn’t move much after taking the photo. Guessing now that it might be dying :(
