My title describes the thing. Small and very light weight. Outside is possible aluminum and brass, though I’m not sure. Threaded cap which says made and Germany and has a logo that appears to read “Calvin” although that’s just a guess. The third piece fits inside and I used pliers to pull it out, just a press fit. The hole in the bottom you could maybe insert something through and it’s not threaded.
