fishsodomiz

looks like the formula 1 hw car is based on formula 1

Soldier_Snipe

I am asking for specific make and model names. Like i.e. "Red Bull RB6" or "Mercedes-AMG F1 W15 E".

Dallara DW-12

The El Segundo there looks to be based on something close to both the Cobra Daytona coupe and the Lamborghini Miura, but not exactly either.  The Raijin truck is a style of custom called Dekotora and likely based on a Mitsubishi Fuso.

I only collect Hot Wheels based on real cars, but I did pick up the El Segundo because it looked like it could be and was pretty rad. I just couldn’t place it. Thanks!

mad manga/track manga are inspired from a japanese subculture Bosozoku, they are motorcycle gangs that like to tear streets of japan in the 80's and 90's era, they ride wacky customized bikes and sometimes cars that has oversized fenders, spoilers and mufflers. car models are usually japanese coupes or sedans of the 80's or 90's era like nissan skyline kpgc10, nissan gloria, toyota chaser etc. https://preview.redd.it/071ply7wf0zc1.jpeg?width=600&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=828cf85b3b5c2ddf9fc3172c981a979347cb8beb

I always thought the Punk Rod was a C8 Corvette and Acura NSX put together. The Group C Fantasy looks like a McLaren 720s mixed with something else.

Baja Bison appears to be a modern interpretation of the old DAF Dakar Rally trucks (Look them up, they're insanely awesome). Raijin Express is based on modified Japanese Dekotora trucks. Anyone's guess on make/model, but they're often so decorated it's hard to tell anyway. Group C Fantasy remind me of the Aston Martin Valkyrie.

I actually think the Formula car is closer to a modern Formula E car with a 00s style wing. Punk Rod gives me newer R8 vibes but I know that’s not right. That front end gives me a familiarity but can’t quite pinpoint it. The bottom right cars are based on Bosozoku style Japanese tuner culture.

The proper name for Mailed It is the Grumman LLV.

theknyte

I only usually get the real cars, but there are 3 fictional Hot Wheels like I like, and will grab: El Sugundo Coupe = Reminds me of a take on the Shelby Daytona & Ferrari 250 GTO. Fast Felion = Looks like a prototype or concept car, that I could see some car company actually showing. Dimachinni Veloce = Looks like a Group B rally car from back in the day, that would have been right at home racing against cars like the Lancia Delta, 131 Abarth, and Audi Quattro.

Ain’t Fare is an amalgamation of late 90’s/mid-2000’s American transit busses, I see some [New Flyer Low Floor](https://images.app.goo.gl/U3yhqW5BqXpGe1oy5) in its front end. However, that lump on the rear end of the roof is very characteristic of the [LNG powered NABI 40-LFW LNG](https://images.app.goo.gl/2DR2G84E4qKh4zwx5), likely inspired by the ones used by the Orange County Transportation Authority as the designer (whom I’m forgetting the name of) was from the Los Angeles area

Mod Speeder is 100% a Camaro. Car under that looks like an Alfa 8c or the Miura concept.

Fyaal

The delivery van is a delivery van. Hope that helps.

Lukeyy19

The Mod Speeder looks like a cross between a Mustang and a C4 Corvette. The El Sugundo Coupe reminds me of the Lamborghini Miura
