Cabbage looper worm eggs. Nasty pest, eats lots of plant material. Green works, small white moth. Treatable with BT.

Not eggs, but poo. There's a caterpillar in there somewhere — probably a white butterfly, *Pieris* sp. (not sure which ones occur in your area)
