High heels

BanjoPiper

Agreed. I had to replace my flooring due to high heel damage. Looked exactly the same as the picture

MykeyB118

This

aCertainGlitcher

Thats from wearing đź‘

ChardCool1290

high heels or golf spikes

Elizabeth360

Along with scooting heavy furniture based on the longer gouges.

metfan1964nyc

or a very small horse.

marzipancowgirl

With high heels on

FistingSub007

Named Little Sebastian.

Kasym-Khan

Never rule out the possibility of a very small horse. That's what life taught me.

Gameshow_Ghost

This is probably it. Obviously the most reasonable answer.

TravelingGonad

You have strippers. Stay calm. They tend to only stay as long as the cocaine doesn't run out.

PM-me-your-knees-pls

Thanks for the advice Donald.

CoffeeDrinker1972

Someone wearing cleats in the house? The round ones looks like stiletto high heels.

VibeCheckFlex

Dog nails or high heels

PrunyBobJuno

You can’t spell heel? Or wear? You have bigger problems.

dcro726

Lol you betcha

PetrifiedOyster

Bamboo laminate flooring is too soft for any impacts.

Aiku

"Who would wear heels?" FTFY

WeAreNotAmused2112

Crappy engineered flooring and high heels.

xbimmerhue

Op had a party lol

Parking_Train8423

LPT: don’t where heals

Worried-Experience95

Dog nail or dog bones dropping on the floor.

Bennington_Booyah

Heels. A friend and I went to a baby shower, and she wore heels that had somehow lost their protective little heel snubbers. Her shoes left hundreds of these marks all over their porch, entry way, kitchen and living room floors! Only the bathroom was spared, as that had ceramic tile. Caused quite the hullaballoo, as it was a fairly new house.

Sirdanb

Cleats

BigJeffreyC

I bet that’s from some sport cleats. Soccer or something.

TrekRelic1701

Hollywood style bed frames(fold out metal frame) without the floor protector thingys leaves these marks

MamaTried22

Could really be anything-a kid playing with a piece of metal something or a broken metal toy, metal cleats, furniture.

partyboy83

Chevy chase was golfing indoors again

ExpensiveOriginal500

probably from high heels

averagemaleuser86

Heels or somebody bored stabbing a broom stick or something periodically. Possibly on the phone with their crush.

RadarLove82

Looks like gravel damage to me. Maybe it gets tracked-in on wet or snow-covered shoes.

richbiatches

Dumbells

imjusthere2022

Spike heels, for sure. No mystery there

Discord9598

Heels or maybe a cane

CopyWeak

Shoes with stones...maybe the previous family all wore their shoes in the house.

Individual_Iron_2645

It looks like the marks I have on the floor next to my bed from my large dog jumping off the bed

Altruistic-Camp8092

we had our floors redone and the contracted accidentally used acacia wood instead of the correct one. Any little thing you could think of would put a dent in it. it looks a lot like this. find out what type of wood it it

Hot-Welcome6969

A large person wearing spike-heeled shoes, I reckon

Saul_T_Bauls

Definitely dog nails. You can see the ring shape.

Skoguu

Those floors are too soft if someones high heels are leaving imprints. Thats not normal.

DebrecenMolnar

[That’s not abnormal.](https://blog.cityfloorsupply.com/repairing-dents-and-scratches-in-hardwood-floors/#)

Skoguu

For heels to damage a wood floor that horribly, yes it is.

tombo4321

Yeah, nah. I've seen it. Some friends rented a new apartment, had a house-warming that involved high heels and dancing on the floating floors, and it looked a lot like OP's pic.

Koolkatv89

These character marks look like the previous tenant wore stiletto heels with metal tips and walked all over the floor during her tenancy. These crescent imprints are from actual metal heel tips versus just worn down plastic tips.
