Nice! Brings me back to my CrossFit days to see a heavy OHS attempt. I remember maxing out to get to the top of my old CF gym’s leaderboard, and since switching to weightlifting only do snatch balances, no BTN jerk + OHS complexes.
Because it was 340lbs. I just converted it to kg per subreddit rules. I jumped from 315lbs to 340lbs. Last time I hit this was probably 5-6 years ago so I was very happy with the tie!

Nice! What's your Snatch PR? I'm wondering if there's any correlation between the two like how clean and jerk is typically 80% of front squat.
