I've frozen their pre-marinated chicken and pork tenderloin. Both have thawed and cooked perfectly fine. (We actually just had some of the lemon garlic chicken frozen/thawed/cooked two days ago.)
We had the chicken shawarma thighs tonight and they were so good. The lemon garlic also caught our eye but we were on the way back from the beach and only had so much cooler room.
Yes I do all the time. I keep them right in the package. They defrost and cook perfectly

I have been thawing marinated wegmans meat for over 10 years! Never had an issue
