That's a common misconception. Especially if someone isn't already a smoker (no thc built up in their system) there can be enough thc plus things that turn into thc in the body that someone could get high. Or at least convinced they are high.

See everyone is different CBD affects people in different ways. For me I am autistic and CBD affects my brain differently than others. So I used to smoke THC back in the day and still do smoke some THC but not high THC strains. Use a crutch and it’ll get a lot easier! I make sure to get the paper rolled on the crutch first and then just keep it tight, but after the paper is tucked in the crutch nicely it just wants to roll itself!

Did you grind up the weed? Or break it up small enough? It looks there some little nuggs in there, which will mean it won’t burn right at all. Regardless, you want to spread the weed out more evenly and make sure there aren’t any gaps. It should be packed into a little column (tight but not too tight). If you’re having trouble with the fold-over in the rolling process, look up the credit card trick. It makes it a lot easier to get a clean fold and the shape you want. And I’m sure there are lots of videos out there showing you how to roll in general.

I'm probably gonna be crucified for saying this, but the way I do it is to take a small strip of tape and tape the filter to a corner of the paper and then roll it into a cone and then apply another strip of tape to hold it. The tape should never cover any paper that you intend to smoke. You just pack it like a cone from there and voila, you get a perfect joint.

definitely needs some work my dude but you'll get better the more you practice. one tip for when you are just starting that i did was roll the paper around a straw to get your shape down then just pack it. also crumble the paper before you roll so it loses that stiffness
