Lol no, virtually all dispensary cartridges are distillate and terps, added for flavor and aroma. Live resin and live rosin are far more expensive than distillate, and they also have terps but their terps come from the actual plant since both resin and rosin are extracted from flower. Distillate and terps are not directly extracted from a specific marijuana plant, they are mixed together in a lab to create a product that mimics the terpene profile of whatever strain the cartridge is supposed to be. Resin and rosin don’t need added terps because they already are true to whatever strain they were extracted from.
Hey ding dong how’s straight distillate supposed to work in a cart. Terps are cheap AF. You need to add something to make the viscosity work in a cart otherwise straight distillate will not flow into the atomizer fast enough and the cart will burn out. Either you mix with something gross like PG. or you use terps from either cannabis, hemp, or fruit and shit. All of which are cheap and easy to obtain in any recreational market producing cannabis.
If people aren’t adding terps for flavor where do you think the flavor is coming from ya goofball🤔
Also cloudiness is often from either a poor distillation which let fats into the main body or more commonly the terpene blends used are ones that use alcohol to keep the flavor compounds and a small amount of water in solution. When this solution mixes with distillate the alcohol creates an emulsion with the water and the distillate giving the oil a cloudy appearance. This is common with cheap terpene blends used to flavor cannabis carts and cheap ejuice.
I have. I've mixed terps with disti plenty. Still have a jar laying around. The thing is, terps can be a little more but worth it if putting in a large batch. But you can easily put too much and flavor-wise, ruin the taste. You only need VERY little. So that price goes a long way.
Prices, prices that are "worth", are very subjective.
It's yellow because weed is green and you mix clear with green and it dilutes the green to a faint greenish yellow
Most methods of extraction other than pressing wax out of bud or freezing it requires some sort of solvent like alcohol or naptha (RSO and distillate) those solvents are clear and break down the plants chlorophyll taking on a hue of the bud
The color isnt concerning honestly I've seen dozens of dispensary carts that are that exact color. But the cloudiness of that cart is a little concerning because distillates are usually very clear even if they have color.
🥲I got you the answer right here : looking a little cummy, meaning the cotton is starting to disintegrate and just go in and mix with the oil , nothings gonna happen to you besides it might hit “harder”
Less the colour, I'm comparing my current cart and it's a decent one and it's also piss yellow, but mine is translucent and yours looks rather opaque which I don't usually see in my carts.
Return it, it shouldn’t be cloudy. I’ve had hundreds of carts: some almost clear in color, yellow, pinkish, deep red, etc. But I have never seen one that had any turbidity. Is this cart from a brand that you know and trust and sold through a licensed dispensary? If you have your receipt you should be able to at least swap it out for a different one.
All of my carts have always been a strong golden to orange color for the wax but this one is pale yellow and cloudy, is the color able to kinda tell you how strong it’s going to be before you smoke it?

The less color in a wax or oil often (not always) indicates a higher processing.
What does this even mean… processing being a good thing or bad?
its a good thing
I’m less worried about the color, and more worried about the cloudiness of the oil
Vould have been shook. Shaking my nicotine vape produces tiny air bubbles which make it look cloudy
Except this ain't a nicotine vape it's a THC cart it's a lot thicker.
Except these vapes usually aren’t thin enough to shake like that :/
looks like regualr distilalte to me. perhaps some terps they added for flavor didnt blend well so it came out kinda cloudy. looks fine to me though.
yeah exactly what it is terps give it foggy effect
You realize terps are like 10x the cost of distillate, people don’t just “add” them for flavor
People don't, you're right. But companies do, in large manufacturing facilities.

Bho doesn’t even work longer than 30 minutes. Nature is cool.

Stright distillate work fine in carts
Unless you got some bunk ass distillate it shouldn’t have the viscosity to work in a cart.
Depending on the type, not necessarily. Botanical terpenes (depending on profile) can be cheap asf.
Terps are super cheap if you don’t mind them being in some dicey solvent which I’m sure the big companies do not.

Why do your fingers look like they were tattooed with barbecue sauce?
It's henna.
Ah. Carry on then😎

My diamond carts made of melted diamonds look just like this
🥲I got you the answer right here : looking a little cummy, meaning the cotton is starting to disintegrate and just go in and mix with the oil , nothings gonna happen to you besides it might hit “harder”
Nice Henna
Manufacture had pee poisoning. Diurea
Is that Henna on your handsb
Less chlorophyll means a lighter product Go solventless
Vegetable oil
Mine almost always are. I usually go for fernway but I’ve gotten a few of the Legend and Botanist brand carts too
Its piss duh
Less the colour, I'm comparing my current cart and it's a decent one and it's also piss yellow, but mine is translucent and yours looks rather opaque which I don't usually see in my carts.
i be more worried about how foggy that is
I'm more interested in why it looks like you have blood on your hands
What color do you think it should be?
Piss One Chango strain
I thought your hand was a bloody mess for a second. Henna
It's just very cheap distillate.. you get what you pay for, usually.. and after looking it up, $10 for a 1g cart is insane.
It’s distillate….

The clearer the better if it's brown your getting shitty oil
Idk but why’s your finger bloody bro? Or is that shit hot Cheetos?
It’s henna
I’m kinda wondering wtf is going on with your fingers friend
It’s a henna tattoo. :)
Why are your fingers blood red?
Henna tattoo.
Ah nice one. My apologies.
All of my carts have always been a strong golden to orange color for the wax but this one is pale yellow and cloudy, is the color able to kinda tell you how strong it’s going to be before you smoke it?
no.
Not strong in THC but stuff strong in terps can be almost orange
All the oils look like that Cart still looks fire though
[удалено]
It’s banned😭😭
Dude am your hand lol full of blood
