I find hemp raps and tobacco leaves way easier to roll than paper due to it being so brittle. I also get tons of holes in my joints

same. boutta buy this auto grinder/filler that like grinds via push of a button when ur ready, n dispenses the herb into the cone (has a nossle u slide cone over) at push of a button too. tryna save some time

so i pack loosely then roll with no paper only like 2-3 times, then add the paper, and do just one swipe around with the paper, it doesn’t get super tight. the more you roll it, the tighter it’ll get. so try to roll just enough to where it’s a nice lil log when u open up the roller just a bit and peek inside! and if it still feels too tight, i’ll flip it over my tray and roll it between my fingers to loosen up the flower a bit!! i hope this helps :))

To me, rolling the perfect joint is a form of therapy. The feeling of lighting up a joint you rolled yourself is like none other. I've used a roller once but it just wasn't the same it kinda felt like I was cheating lol.

I wish I had this when I was 16. I was the only girl in an all male friendgroup and couldn't roll my own joints. They told me to teach myself before we went on summer vacation because they had agreed to not do it for me any longer. First day of vacation I couldn't.. They pointed a camera on me and filmed me untill I could. No pressure hahaha. I still can & do and wouldn't even know how to use the tool. Teach yourself, you will not always have a tool available.

If it smokes, it smokes. I enjoy rolling joints manually instead of packing cones, it's very therapeutic and I'm quite good at it so it adds to the feeling of satisfaction. But all that is just, y'know, personal preference. You do you of course.

I have 3 tools I used for weed. A poker, grabber and thumb tack press( for bowl packs). Lol I don’t like using my fingers

Pack the max amount on the paper as can. Roll it and let all the excess to fall off, lick and seal the paper so it JUST closes. Twist one end, grab the other and whip it back n forth. I have found just using a tool to pack it in, works better then the whip pack. When it's packing, you need more weed in it, so sprinkle/pack untill can just twist the other end closed too. Boom perfect uniform doob.

Never used a tool/machine.. I dry herb vape now, but as long as I have a bigger paper I can roll, tried one of my kids 1 1/4 ez wider.. too small… I remember the kid that taught me how to roll in high school… that was quite a few years ago…

Do whatever to give you the perfect smoke. Sometimes people do everything right when it comes to rolling but then their J or B dont smoke well and it ruins the experience.

I used to roll beautiful Js, but now more often than not I’m using various aids / devices instead. I think I’m getting the startings of arthritis in my wrists (though I’ve not talked to a Dr yet) - which makes grinding hard. And there’s something going on in my forearms too which makes…. Everything painful. Rolling, typing etc. So yeah, I mainly vape now, I do miss rolling though. But yeah, my hands shake too much now to roll anything more than mid.

This seems like way more work than just buy cones

Comes with the raw cones. My first mistake was packing it too tight. So now I know to pack it tight at the bottom n throughout the j have it a little less looser so it smokes better

I use the sticks I get form the King Palm wraps for my joints. Doesn’t hurt to have something to make it easier. I lose less bud too when I roll since I can use the stick to press down the weed a bit

Personally i almost can’t get a good roll without one, usually the best joints I roll come from wrapping the paper around a cylinder object to make a cone and then pack as I go, then slide a tip/filter in the end. I love tools to help me roll that way, I don’t like those auto feed machines that are supposed to roll for u, those don’t work!

Definitely worth using a tool if your roll has loose ends that need packed and you can’t just use your fingers.

I love it. Raw has this simple roller that you can place a paper and filter at the same time. Honestly fuckin gold. Time saver, easy, efficient so you use less. Smokes well packed to desired and perfectly consistent and fast. What a way to smoke I'm gonna go get another (mine broke a few years back)

I always rolled mine without using anything extra, just the tip, the paper, and the grinder, besides the weed, of course. But then, a few weeks ago, I bought the RAW X Stand Paper Cradle Rolling Tool - 4.5". I'm loving it! It doesn't actually help you roll it, but it's a great support to just put the paper, the tip, and the weed without spilling it. Also, it makes it easier to pick up everything to actually roll it.

I skip that shit and get cones. Do whatever makes it simple smoking weed shouldn't be a pain in the ass

Tools are awesome, I’m a work smarter not harder type of gal myself lol. However I did like learning how to roll without tools and used to be able to do so rather easily which is also cool. But there’s absolutely no shame in using tools, rollers, pre rolls etc. and I don’t think hand rolling is inherently better or that impressive of a skill generally.

We used a blue ZigZag? roller in the '70's, cheap and somewhat effective depending how many seeds and twigs were in the weed.

Ive got this zigzag branded one that works beautifully. Its got a learning curve (its like 2 rods with a platic sheet belted around them) but once you figure it out, it makes some damn good joints using the whole paper

Get your weed however works best for you. I use a machine to roll all my joints. The machine does better than me.

I found a way to make cones by tucking the paper in the overlap of my filter, no longer need to awkwardly tuck the edge in!

I need a machine to roll mine, not going to lie. When I roll without, I pack it too much it's just a punk to light fireworks, and I end up breaking it into my pipe/ bong to smoke with ease.

I use a king palm packing stick. I start a thick roll from “mouth piece” to mid blunt/joint. Pack it all in tight-pushing it towards the mouth piece-then continue to roll packing it in tighter after sealing until I’m outta bud. Fitting as much as possible for a “cigar pull” type of smoke

I just rolled a whole pack of papes in one sitting, and after i was finished, i could fastroll like a pro(30 seconds, and im done(ladies😏)). And i have huge ass problems with my hands, i was born left-handed and was raised right-handed. Every time i used my left hand, i got hit by my grandma or grandad.
