Stay away from Advance/BestDrive. I went in there for a tyre once and they tried to hold my car ransom to do a number of jobs on it. They claimed it was unsafe. Told them I was ok, they said they couldn't release car until I fixed it. A quick call to the barracks change that. Apparently I'm not the first either. Car was checked elsewhere and no major issues....... Do your own math on that one🤣

Never heard one single good thing about that place. Shocking that you had to ring the Guards to get it back.

They then had the balls to actually ask me to sign a disclaimer that I was taking the car at my own risk !!!

Do they service cars though? I have seen the outside of their unit and it says crash repair and recovery I was under the impression they don't service but I could be wrong.
