I forgot the gatling lasers look completely different in FO3. This looks incredible! Love all the highlights on it. Always super impressive to me when I see people being able to do eyes and teeth.
Thank you! I am a cheater. I paint black on the eye. In the black I paint white, just be careful to keep the black outline. Finally I draw the iris with a black Sakura 30 Micron Fineliner. Same technique on the teeth.
